1978 MK2 Ford Escort RS2000
Here I have my 1978 MK2 Ford Escort RS2000, it is in need of a bit of Bodywork as you can see! I bought it with the intentions of getting it up together and keeping it but I need to raise funds for my expanding business. I have repair panels for the bottom of the doors and ‘A’ Pillars, it will need a new scuttle panel section and the wings sorting if you want it back to original.I’ve got the original wheels which were refurbished and are sat in boxes at the moment. The stickers aren’t on the car anymore, these were removed.Would need a paint refresh all round.Engine: Fully rebuilt less than 300 miles ago at a cost of over £5000!the engine boasts stage 3 head, “a Piper cam with Vernier gears, Ashley manifold / exhaust system, Facet fuel pump, fuel pressure regulator and twin Weber 45’s.I am on no massive rush to sell, if it doesn’t sell then I’ll end up putting it in to the Bodyshop next month and getting the bits done and keep it
